PROBELLUM UNVEILS NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH GLOZIER BOXING

Probellum is thrilled to announce its latest multi-fight, multi-year co-promotional agreement with New Zealand boxing powerhouse Glozier Boxing.

The partnership will see Probellum working together with Glozier Boxing to hold five events per year in New Zealand, showcasing some of the very best talent that the country has to offer.

Glozier Boxing has been the home of high-quality boxing in New Zealand for over a decade, with former boxer-turned-trainer Bruce Glozier at the helm of the promotion.

They have held regular events in Auckland featuring a number of highly-rated prospects, including undefeated fighters like Viliami Liavaa and Titi Motusaga.

This new partnership will now allow for the events in New Zealand to be taken to the next level, helping to achieve Probellum’s vision of empowering and enabling grassroots boxing.

Probellum aims to build an ubiquitous, digital platform to compliment broadcasters and promoters as it enables grassroots promoters, athletes and fans in areas and territories around the world who are passionate about boxing but do not have the necessary resources at their disposal.

The co-promotional agreement with Glozier Boxing is the latest big statement of intent from Probellum, following on from their ground-breaking deals with Wasserman Boxing, Universum in Germany, LNK Boxing in Latvia, Team Ellis Boxing in Australia and Box Office Sports in Ghana, with even more to come in the near future.

“I’m very excited at the opportunity ahead in promoting fights that a global audience will get to see,” said Bruce Glozier of Glozier Boxing. “This will provide a platform for local talent to showcase their skills to the world.

“It will also bring fighters and promoters together to develop the fighters through regular competition and fair matchmaking, so it’s a massive boost to combat sport in this part of the world.”

“We are pleased to continue to grow Probellum by announcing this multi-fight, multi-year co-promotional agreement with Glozier Boxing,”
said Richard Schaefer, President of Probellum. “We have already unveiled a number of partnerships throughout the world, and this is another that will benefit those in the region greatly.

“Everybody at Probellum has made it clear that we want to help to build the sport in areas that may not have had the necessary resources in the past, and this partnership will give fans in New Zealand the chance to see regular, high-quality events, so it is an exciting time for everybody involved.”
